sakit tekak sungguh hari ini. entah la kenapa, rasanya macam sudah memakai baju yang tebal (dekat luar la) tapi sakit pula tekak ni. orang cakap kalau sakit tekak elok minum air teh lemon panas. telah cuba,namun... makin teruk ada la. esok ada perlawanan bola jaring, harus main untuk 'team gigih' (kelakar betul nama kumpulan kami). tapi keadaan badan tidak mengizinkan. jadi bagaimana esok?!

dah dah penat betul tulis semua dalam BM. anyway,i'am soooooooooo pening today, study ID pon tak boleh banyak, kejap2 dah mengantuk. arghh teruk betull.letak kepala je mesti tido terus...uishh hebat betul penanggan badan tak sihat nie.

inilah cerita AZMIN YG TAK SEDAR DIRI. despite all these, dia boleh p keluaq main snow lagi! memalam lak tu! haishhh... saya kecewa betul dengan awak azmin. =)

perancangan cuti musim sejuk 2008

i dont know why but, i this year winter hols i feel...indifferent. i think i should go somewhere but Im not sure where... well, actually there are some place that i really want to go or at least i feel like going this year..

1. SPAIN. granada-alhambra-seville-malaga-cordoba-andalusia (madrid and Barcelona? im not so into it)


I REALLY WANT TO GO! i have this mission. a mission that not everyone will understand but it is really a BIG MISSION.here's the plan..or so call plan.. according to UK EIRE sisters (they were 'jaulah-ing' to spain in 2006) the best transportation is to drive. yeah i think that way too. flexible. eh D.R.I.V.E? no i cant drive! since, the 6 yrs will be about 3 people and there 7 of us, we might need at least 2 cars. means that we need 2 drivers BUT so far we only have one... means... you know what it means... yeah it s**ks. i've suggested to my dearest friend; to get married so that their husband can be the 2nd driver. hehe genius arent i? but no one want to kawin in sucha short time. too bad... interested to be moi most-wanted-driver? onegaishimasu!

so... i think it's a no for spain this year.


2. turkey .
my roomies are planning for turkey-trip. somehow im not that interested... mostly because spain had suppressed turkey-excitement and it just feels wrong to go to turkey this year... i cant see myself there..not yet
chance.... to grab or not to grab azmin? i cant decide


3. anna karenina-style.


traveling with train, across france,austria,swiss and germany. thru alps, wide European prairie (or steppe? doesnt matter), glacier, bla bla...oh it would be AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERINCE. for sure! i think the price is ok. it just a rough survey thou but it already sounds fantastic! problem? no one is going with me. yes they do get excited with it but their excitement doesn't last long. oh!
mana boleh seorang perempuan yang beriman bermusafir tanpa sebarang ajnabi bersama lebih dari 3 hari kan? tak jadi,nak jadi lone-ranger.

4. aurora in north pole..em pedalaman russia kot


the most possible so far. the only thing that makes me think twice is i dont have SLR! and i think it would be such a waste.

5. germany


for sure im going germany this year. ada jaulah dan pengisian penting di german tahun ini. jadi German itu wajib, german means berlin (setahu nya,program dekat berlin je). tapi tak kan nak pergi berlin je... how bout munich and yg lelain? but then again... no one want to join me! they just wanna go back to moscow. aww!

6. Scotland

dayinah suggested that 'hey min,jom ar pegi dengan aku to scotland'. like heck, i've been to britain last summer! thou i really really really like the place but i dont think im going there again (since there are so many places i havent visit yet!)

for sure, A NO to Scotland. sory but im SURE about this (tapi klu i end up pegi scotland jugak..tak tau la kan)

so there you go 6 OPTIONS for azmins 2008 WINTER HOLS. sekarang sedang mempertimbangkan dengan serius untuk berada di moscow sahaja dan belajar bahasa rusia dengan hebat nya dan cover semua subject lain, persediaan untuk masuk spring term,third year. CHEYyyyy! jimat pon jimat. isk~ tak kan kot... =(

Tiramisu : pick-me-up

Oh how I miss tiramisu…suddenly I have this sweet yet aching tooth! I want to eat tiramisu and that is final! Tiramisu in moscow? I DON’T THINK SO! Last year, fami and I bought a cake from Gastronom No.1 at GUM (they say that GUM is one of the most expensive shopping place in the world) so considering that as one of the factor, we guess that they might bake a yummy cake like Secret Recipes do. Too bad they DON’T. it just a plain cake with overpower brown sugar. In fact cheese cake fatin brought to usra h (she bought it at this small kiosk near spartiv ) taste way better then that poshy- but -not tasty - gastronoms’ .




With that, I don’t think I can find one decent yummy tiramisu (cheap, not so expensive one, because there might be yummiest but with irrelevant moscow price). Therefore although I never make a tiramisu before, I’ve decide that I must do this. YOSH!

Lets see the ingredients, lady finger light biscuits (oh bukan kacang bendi ya) , mascarpone cheese (apa itu?) , eggs, sugar, coffee (yes,I do have a thing for coffee), water (we have plenty of it, sampai last night bilik banjir dgn air, and it was my fault, but my roomies don’t know… bertapa hebat kerja mencuci dan membersih lantai dan bukti azmin. Ha ha ) .

So first thing is to gather the ingredients. Where the heck on moscow can I find mascarpone?! I don’t know. I’m ready with the alternative cheese but last 2 days I went to perikriostak and to my surprise, MASCARPONE cheese! Wow! I grab it without hesitating and I don’t even bother to look at the price tag (don’t follow this perangai). Bila sudah bayar, baru tahu betapa mahal keju itu! 250 g of Mascarpone cost me 180RUB! Which is like RM26 ! Gila betulllll

Lady finger? Huh? Biskut panjang2 and lembut.. Moscow don’t have that either, and so I replace it with this gelang biskut, and believe me IT’S A WRONG WRONG WRONG biscuits. =( next time I’ll replace lady finger with some kvartal sponge cake…


Next tiramisu-in-making
Full with flaw. hahaha
1. Mixed egg yolk with coffee (1 spoon of kopi yg sudah dibancuh) and sugar. Instead of 1 spoon kopi yang sudah dibancuh, I added 1 spoon coffee yg belum dibancuh. Imagine the concentration of the coffee inside! But I don’t think it’s a big deal, since I have a very good relationship with coffee indeed.

2. Pukul putih telur sampai thick. Can you imagine pukul putih telur tu sampai jadi fluffy and smooth and foamy and thick with you hand?! Well I cant thou at first I think I can. I imagine about all the things I hate and angers me,and convert it into energy to beat the egg white… too bad im not that kuat…oh maybe I don’t hate enough…hahaha….so my version of thick egg white was a very thin foamy layer and 2/3 layer of liquid egg white.

3. Merendam biskut. Hurmmm ini pun satu hal. I soaked it very well. Too well. No. way tooo much actually.


Bla bla bla -----àinto the freezer and wait for the next 14 hours.

its holiday...praznik amenda tah with russian ni...doesnt matter yg penting i dapat holiday for 2 days, means that no general surgery and microbe lectures and pathology and internal disease class.

actually we have autumn gathering today, but all the naqibah cant go since the entries are very limited (bagus la,makin ramai orang yang mahu kepada islam,alhamdullilah!. since im azmin, azmin once dah ada dekat rumah, malas la nak keluar. teperuk dalam bilik je. malassssssssssss seh....

tapi gudang makanan ku dah habis. so since pagi tadi till now, i cant concentrate( i will be having general surgery coloq this week, so i must study!)but my stomach mengiramakan muzik gamelan dari tadi(apekah punya ayat ni)..

so pegi la kvartal. depah hostel je tapi klu dah kata malas, 10cm pon feels like 10 miles..so i grab isma's kurtka.
